Where is my order shipped from? Is it possible to self-pickup my order?

 

    Our lovely nest is located at Kowloon, Hong Kong and that’s where your orders will be shipped from. At this moment, we don’t accept any self-pickup request, but we would love to have you visit our office sometimes!

 

After placing my order, how long can I expect it to arrive at my doorstep?

 

    We will deliver your order one day after payment is received. Do expect to receive your package in 4-5 days after payment. However, delivery might take longer during the holiday season, so place your order earlier so you don’t miss the fun!

 

How long can the ingredients last?

 

    We only ship baking tools and dry ingredients, therefore each of our packages has a longer shelf period. We have included the best-before-date in all of the ingredients, so keep an eye on it!

 

I have never baked anything before. What is the success rate of these packages?

    

    Doughable is targeted for beginners who have interest in baking but haven’t had much experience, so you are our perfect customer! Each package comes with a thorough explanation of the ingredients and we provide a step-by-step video tutorial of each recipe. So nothing to worry, everything is foolproof!

 

Do I have to buy additional ingredients to make a recipe or everything is already provided in the box?

 

    At this moment, Doughable delivers only the dry ingredients, so for recipes that require basic household ingredients such as milk and egg, we expect bakers to have it on-hand. However, we love to develop and innovate, and in the later future we hope that we will be able to provide complete ingredients in our box.

 

What’s the difference between the beginner and expert package?

 

    We provide basic baking tools such as whisk and spatula in the beginner package. If you only want to buy the ingredients, choose the expert package!
